Participants can join evidence-based therapy sessions, as well as weekly skill-building and family programming—all backed by a dedicated team of licensed clinicians.

A peer-reviewed study has substantiated the effectiveness of our Virtual IOP, revealing that 100% of participants felt connected with facilitators and fellow group members. Additionally, 97% reported that treatment significantly improved their health prospects.
